1. Ordering Process (WhatsApp Only)

ARC4Gamers accepts all wholesale and bulk orders exclusively through WhatsApp. The website serves as a catalog to display available products, pricing, and brand information.

To place an order, customers must contact us on our official WhatsApp number. After sharing your product requirements, our team will confirm availability, pricing, and shipping charges directly through WhatsApp.

An order is considered “accepted” only after you receive a final WhatsApp confirmation message from us.

2. Bulk Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website or shared on WhatsApp are subject to change based on stock, market conditions, and currency fluctuation. Wholesale pricing varies with quantity.

Final pricing, discounts (if applicable), and offers are confirmed only via WhatsApp before the order is approved.

3. Payments

Since orders are processed manually through WhatsApp, all payment instructions will also be shared on WhatsApp.

We accept:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI (India)
• International Transfer (for global orders)
• Cash on Delivery (limited regions only – availability confirmed via WhatsApp)

Your order will be processed only after full payment is received, unless COD has been agreed in advance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

ARC4Gamers ships globally. Shipping time and courier availability depend on your country and order size.

Estimated dispatch time is **2–7 working days** after payment confirmation. Large bulk orders may require additional processing time.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We ensure that all products shipped are brand-new, genuine, and checked before dispatch.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item is delivered
• You notify us within **48 hours** with clear photo/video proof

Return shipping or replacement arrangements will be discussed individually through WhatsApp.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within **7–14 working days** through the original payment method.

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Minor box damage during transit
• Color variation due to lighting or display differences
• Misunderstanding of specifications (customer must verify before ordering)
• Used or tampered products

6. Product Authenticity

ARC4Gamers guarantees that all products supplied are 100% genuine and sourced from verified distributors and manufacturers.

Any claims regarding authenticity must be raised with valid proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, graphics, and content displayed on our website are the property of ARC4Gamers or their respective brands.

Reproduction or unauthorized commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Customs duties or clearance charges
• Losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Compatibility issues (customer must confirm technical details before ordering)

Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
